Who ducked Shane Mosley and who fought him?

Pac didn't fight the best guy at 135, 140, and 147.

Floyd fought the best guy at 135, wanted to fight the lineal Champion Hatton at 140 but Hatton refused (even though that fight would later come off), and at 147, yeah...he fought the lineal belt holder but here I rip him for not fighting the best.

Pac fights Cotto after he looks bad and has been KO'd. There were better fights at 147 to be made.

He fights Margarito after he looks bad and has been KO'd. There are better fights to be made.

He fights Hatton after he looks bad and has been KO'd. There were better fights to be made.

He fights Morales after he loses to Raheem and has to come back down in weight.

    He fights Diaz.

Margarito was already DESTROYED by Shane Mosley so there is no need.

If he wins, he is further cemented as ATG.

If he loses, people will say he jumped one too many divisions and P.WIll was just too big.

The rewards far outweigh the losses.
Ahh common, a couple of years ago, somebody probably created a thread called, "Margarito Vs Pacquiao, who wins".....and the entire forum voted Margarito calling it a crazy matchup and lambasted the thread starter for creating a ****** fantasy match thread.

Just because Pacquiao has proven himself to be very effective at 147, doesn't mean this is a easy fight that should be dismissed. He is fighting a REAL natural Welterweight with a granite chin and a workrate, something new for a change.

You can be assured, Margarito won't cover up like Clottey did, throwing a punch per round.

              As far as "names"?
              Pac.

But they were just "names" at that point. Kind of like Marciano and Lewis with how some of their opponents were. Or Tyson vs. Holmes. Or many others that have done it.

Morales, MAB, JMM...at those divisions...aren't going to beat Floyd when he was back down there. If anything, no way does a past prime Morales beat him like he did Pac.

Not saying Floyd hasn't picked. He has.

Years ago Margarito wasn't destroyed by Shane Mosley.

But they were just "names" at that point. Kind of like Marciano and his competition. Or Lewis finally getting to fight with Tyson and Holyfield...although I don't think Lewis did it purposefully to wait around. Just bad timing.

                    Really?

So fighting fighters that have lost by destructive Knockouts, like Margarito had by the hands of Mosley, and Cotto had by the hands of Margarito, isn't bad?

Or fighting Hatton after he was picked apart and KO'd by Floyd?

Or only beating Morales after Morales looked awful against Zahir and has to come back down in weight where he didn't look healthy?

or the fact that Roach brags about it all before and after?

Again, who ducked Shane Mosley and who fought him?

                    Who else?

                    Oscar: Which version was better?
A healthy Oscar, although past his prime, at 154, where he could rehydrate up in weight by fight-time, while Floyd barley topped out at 150, or the 147 pound of Oscar at that point who decided to actually be 147 pounds walk around weight where he entered the ring as a corpse?

They both are disappointing. That's what I'm getting at.
