I'm not sold on Froch's chin being granite but to be fair to him it does seem pretty reliable up til now. Abraham carried murderous power at MW but at SMW his KO over Taylor is weakened a bit by the fact Taylor compeltely gassed by then and had nothing left, as well as taking a completely flush shot. And with Dirrell, well, can't really read into that one ..


I do suspect though that Froch won't be able to take many of Abraham's bombs. Froch's lack of defence and guile will probably be his undoing. If Abraham can land on Dirrell then he sure as hell can land on Froch.

What may be even worse is if Abrahams loss to Dirrell inspires him to come out firing from the first bell. If that's the case the Froch, and everyone else in the tourney, could be in a heap of trouble.

Froch wil tee off for 3 or 4 rds, AA sizes him up and then hits him with a right hook while Froch loads up on a lunging right uppercut, kd numero uno. Froch barely gets to his feet and AA pins him in a corner and beats him until he crumbles to the canvas, kd numero dos. Froch gets up again and AA doubles him over with a wicked body punch and the fight is over.

Carl Froch has still vowed to go to war with Arthur Abraham in the third state of the Super Six Boxing Classic on October 2 in Monaco. Froch plans to make it a war, like his recent decision loss to Mikkel Kessler in the second stage of the Super Six. This is the second article I have read in which Carl basically claims that he is going to hit AA, Carl doesnt seem to realize that AA is going to hit him back. As far as saying he isnt going to let AA cover up and open up late, he doesnt need to worry about it. I think the Dirrell fight convinced AA that he cant do that anymore. Whether its against Carl or anyone else, I expect to see AA bringing the heat from the first round from now on.

your not sold...? if froch gets knocked out in the first ten seconds cold! you cant take nothing away from that chin! its proven, trust me! this is gonna be classic I feel, froch against anybody in this tourny except the running/crying man is a cracking fight everytime! The Cobra comes for a war!

Dirrell and Kessler both buzzed him and Taylor dropped him. Now at least two of those guys are somewhat respectable punchers but not murderous ones. He has a good chin, not granite.

anyway other than the chin i dont think there is a single super middle weight who can beat this man in a fight !!!

not talkin boxing ala dirrell run for 12 rounds or kessller maybe just just beat him over 12 !!!

id say if the fights were judged on damage and pain and who would of prob won had it been left untile one man standin standin !

then he would of won both fights easly !!


i think king stamina problems arther is gunna be in deep water when he realizes this mans not goin to get tired and it goin to keep buttin preasure pressure pressure !!!

This should be a good mathcup. As far as im concerned Froch is the established name and AA is new to me really.
Lets see if this is a second loss for Froch or another good win for him. But he cant complain about the kessler loss. Froch knew the score as it was in denmark.

Got knockdown by Taylor kept his head kool got up and was not even hurt anymore.Got caught cleanly by a shot and IMO Dirrell is the hardest puncher out the three.He got stun but was never in any real danger.Kessler was hurt right after catching Froch with that good shot.I think Froch has a granite chin.I also believe AA Punching power is over rated.Since he moved up his only KO was Taylor who was shot before he even fought him guess why??Cause of Froch....Froch is a beast who is totally capable of winning this fight.
