Bob Arum informed Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports that pound for pound king Manny Pacquiao will face Antonio Margarito on November 13 in either Las Vegas or Mexico. No official word if the bout will be dubbed "The Disgrace" but that's just what it is. Margarito does not deserve this opportunity and hopefully Pacquiao puts his congressional foot down and refuses to continue to follow Arum's blueprint.
