I'm pretty sure as of right now, Floyd would beat Cotto. But as time goes on, Cotto is getting better, and one nice win, like a Martinez win, might give Cotto the confidence ne needs. Cotto has always done well with defensive boxers. It's the bigger, pressure brawlers he has trouble with.

but who knows what improvements have been or are still being made. Stranger things have happened. And Cotto ain't washed up yet. This next fight will tell us something.

Haven't heard Cotto calling out anyone before, it's not his style I guess. He'll fight anyone they'll put against him. Bum or not as long as the price is right.

Yeah, he's a quiet, laid back guy. Not his style to "call people out".

more like wishful thinking. cotto would never be able to beat floyd. thats why they didnt want none at 140 andnever called floyd out at 147.

          they know whats up

You don't know that. I don't know that. It's a matter of opinion. i said right now Floyd would probably beat him. When they were @140 Cotto said "Floyd knows where to find me if he wants me. Floyd said "Cotto's too green"....ok. I heard it had mostly to do with the promoters or something that fight never happened.

Cotto was undefeated then, kicking ass impressively on his way up, quickly gaining notoriety and recognition for his KO power. He still has a hell of a resume, and 1 very su****ious loss at the hands of a confirmed, convicted cheater. So it's possible only Pac, the worlds p4p best, was the one who beat him fairly.
