Margo needs to get licensed 1st, and he hasn't even applied at the CSAC, where Nevada told him to go 1st, as far as i know..he's planning on fighting w/o their permission, ( i know his suspension is over, but he still isn't licensed) which to me is a slap in the face of the csac, which margo is also suing...lol.
