Interesting thing I heard about blood testing from Jim Rome today

Blood testing will now be done in the minor leagues. Whoopdee doo. Those guys make pennies and can't even afford to buy high end doping products. Kind of like giving a 5 year old a breathalyzer test at his kindergarten promotion.

In the 6 years of testing, only 1 person has been caught using, and only because the testing agency was tipped off about the caught athlete.
