No. ESPN is a big company and they shouldn't apologize to any athlete for anything. It's their opinion and their right to bash Floyd and call him whatever they want. They have done it since back in the day when they wanted him to fight Baldomir.

What Floyd Mayweather should do is just not cooperate with ESPN anymore. Don't conduct interviews with them anymore.

Make interviews at Fox 5 and Larry King Live and Jay Leno show and Maury and Jerry Springer.

ESPN should hold themselves to a higher standard than calling Floyd out. But the quality of their reporting and overall appearance has gone to **** within the last few years, so I do not expect much from them.

              Poll above.
floyd won't give them any comments about what happened so they are rightfully pissed at him and are letting him have it. But you don't ever owe an apology for an opinion. if wilbon and woody paige think he is a coward the are entitlted to their opinion.

The fake negotiations were exposed by Top Rank/Bob Arum's own insider Marley or whatever his name is. So I guess he's also a ***** who's trying too hard?

Where is the Marley article? It's not on his list of columns.
