cotto can (but I dunno if he will) beat berto as is, but cotto needs more tunes ups with steward.

berto is not hard to hit he was rocked more then once by collazo, and quintana landed the only good punch he threw. Cotto beats him by decision or late round stoppage. And with cintron his only worry would be his right hand. so he wins that one too.

I actually think that Cintron beats anyone at welterweight or 154 who is smaller than him,he has a good jab & lots of power!!I think the Cintron jab touches Cotto 1st & he has the power to keep Cotto on the outside,I don't think he has any advantages against Cintron!!

I don't give Berto any credit as far as elite fighters go,just can't do it!!I think he gets hit too much has crappy stamina,is wilder than Bradley!!Cintron jabs him up & sleeps him with the 1st heavy bomb that lands solid!!

But Cotto I believe can beat Berto because Berto is too wild,gets hit alot & while he is fast,I think his power is a little overrated!!If Cotto pumps his jab & ****s the body,Berto falls apart!!

Man I think Cintron is very underrated. Yes he is a wuss, but he is also very talented IMO. Don't get me wrong, I dislike the guy, but Cintron has the tools to give anyone a rough night.

Berto on the other hand has lots of speed, but won't be bringing the angles Manny brought when he fought Cotto. I can see Cotto neutralizing that speed and getting a late stoppage against Berto.

Yeah Emanuel Steward gave Cintron his boxing props, but said that his attitude is the major issue(i.e he's a cry baby).

Cotto - Berto would be an outstanding fight. I'd love to see Berto finally lose that 0 and go back to ESPN.
