Nobody blames Floyd for taking a vacation, its about the timing, the worst timing possible. I also like to rest and take a vacation with my wife and kid, but Floyd had to fight in the most important war of his career. With 2 fights in 14 months, including 1 fight with a way past his prime fighter, he won a easy fight right ? After those 2 fights he could have rest as long as he wanted. So, my answer to your question is no.

Floyd Jr didn't need the brake, but his uncle does and He wouldn't fight without his trainer, which is understandable. Will Pacquiao fight without Roach? Hell NO, so why so much trash talk?
It will probably produce the 1st 100 Million payday for both and for the sport.

Floyd did not even need to retire (before), he said his hands needed to heel and his lap dog fans took it in like the sheep they are, reality prolly was, it was his best way of taking his name of potential opponents list so he could let the other guys duke it out then come back and make millions outta cherry picking the guy who distinguished himself outta them.
Ummmmm, how is comming back and "fight the guy who distinguished himself outta them" Cherry picking? Damn, Floyd cant even fight the best outta the bunch and get credit it seems, lol....

It's actually a pretty smart decision.

Instead of fighting lesser fights for smaller change, come back and fight the top dog for all the marbles. Certain people always have to find a reason to discredit though.
