why would Manny accept a Margarito fight?

I don't get Manny is the nice guy who always respects the commissions rules and relegations so why would he fight a suspended fighter who tried to assault his last opponent and more then likely cheated before?
even Roch called it "attempted murder" so why would Manny pacquiao even entertain the idea of giving this guy a payday
the guy doesn't have any belts so it would be for a vacant belt any way and his biggest win was 2 years ago

its seem like it goes against Manny's persona

He's just doing his job. His managers and promoters choose his opponents. His job is to fight in the ring.

No he doesn't, Boxing fans are fooled into thinking otherwise. If Pacquiao declined to face Margarito, Arum wouldn't be able to move. Promoters work for the fighter.

It could be for Pac`s love for the country of Mexico, and if he beats Margarito, Pac will be one of the most feared boxers in history.

Margarito is still a human being, and if Pacquiao gives him a second chance, he would have helped a fellow boxer as well.

And they may know something we don`t.
