Nah man, I sort of understand where Mayweather is coming from. People hate on him constantly, so he isn't trying to hear what the media has to say. In the end though, Ellerbe was right. Nothing took place.

It does fly, Mak. This is Floyd Jr we are talking about here. Media enemy #1. No matter his stance, Floyd was NOT going to win a media battle with Bob Arum. No way, at all. But, I don't think that it would have been hard to do at all though.

Agreed. I think Floyd realized the first go-around that it's pointless. If the media was going to blame him for that fiasco then there is pretty much nothing he can do to help his case. He's been quiet and, quite frankly, that was the best thing he did. Arum and co dug their own graves quite nicely.

It's extremely difficult when nobody even contacted you, your team, or your manager. And the promoter's own insider admitted that Arum is a big fat liar who never even intended to make the fight happen and was planning Margarito vs Pacquiao months ago.
