He's been quiet and, quite frankly, that was the best thing he did. Arum and co dug their own graves quite nicely.

Even in silence, Floyd's action speaks volumes.

You know none of that is actual fact and is just hearsay.

then Floyd can go on his merry way...back to vacation, retirement, another fight...it wont matter because he did his part

anytime they ask him about PAC, all he has to do is remind people when he called out Arum

        but he wont
What happened last time around, Mak? Arum was busted for LYING about NEVER receiving the 14 day offer and that turned out to be a LIE...instead of making the fight, Arum had the Clottey fight signed the NEXT day. When people brought up the failed negotiations, the FIRST person they blamed was Floyd. Let's be clear hear. I said all of that to say, Floyd will NOT win a finger pointing game in the media, it just won't happen.

I'm still trying to figure out why this keeps getting overlooked.

so you have ALL this evidence and it would be difficult to call him out?

really? you had ZERO evidence about steroids but he media ran with that....now that you do HAVE evidence then its 'difficult'? really?

i mean, this is all under the premise that he DOES want the fight...this whole 'sit back' and nitpick at other **** suggests otherwise

When you say call Arum's bluff what do you mean? Win a media battle?

When you say let the fight pass by what do you mean?

Ross Greenburg looked like an idiot for assuring Arum that everything in the negotiations is running smoothly. Having said that, WTF was Arum thinking about using Greenburg as the intermediary? Did he honestly believed this tactic would somehow ease the tensions in negotiations?

Arum still had to say something. Ellerbe still had to say something also. Whether we believe them or not is entirely up to fans like us to interpret those statements.

If the PAC-MARG fight was planned months ago, I don't blame them for having a back-up plan (even I didn't like THAT back-up plan...just drop the damn fight Bob).

                  really?

he pointed the finger on he thought was on roids...the media ran with it and asked PAC why he didn't want to take tests

and now that Arum is supposedly bull****ting, he can't point he finger again...this time when he has evidence? unless, Arum isnt bull****ting

How would he do that? By telling the media that Arum didn't want the fight?
