Anyone know what happened to Chester"Hurricane"Hughes?

On Foxsportsnet, they had a show "nothing but knockouts" today. I saw the actual fight between Chester Hughes vs. Ray Sefo a time ago. Chester knocked out Ray Sefo in the first round. I have never seen or heard of Ray Sefo after that knockout in boxing. But whatevr happened to Chester? Anyone know? Thanks
