most of these guys are in the business of promoting, so exxagerations, hyperbole, deception, and spin go hand in hand with guys like arum, ellerbe, haymon, etc.

if greenburg came out with a clear and concise statement on the nature of the negotiations, then I'm more inclined to believe his story. but that's just me.
