How do you Johnson vs Cloud going?

I think maybe the old man can take the inactive inexperienced Cloud into deep waters and drown him.

It would be impressive and make Cloud a legit guy if he could some how stop Johnson though

    what do you think?

Cloud has some tools but if Johnson has anything left in the tank, like Spray said, i think he has enough experience to win this fight

A war with Johnson constantly coming forward, putting tons of pressure, and throwing punches and Cloud throwing bombs at him in return.

I really like Cloud's style of fighting, using the shoulder roll, but throwing tons of punches with steam on them. Reminds me of a stronger James Toney with more power, but worse defense and counter punching ability.

Johnson is still a good fighter, but I got Cloud by close decision. Cloud will win the last couple rounds and show Johnson's age.

The poll is 50/50, yet there's only 3 posts in here...

Ridiculous... Goes to show how much "hardcore" boxing fans actually know about the sport.

Seen both of those fights, man Mack just folded up so easily against Johnson but in the Cloud fight I think it was an early stoppage to preserve Cloud's ko%.

You know what's funny about Johnson-Mack?

When that fight got announced I posted something saying "how dumb is Mack's management for putting him in there against the exact type of fighter that gives him the most trouble..."

Next thing I know I get a pm from someone saying they're Mack's manager and saying that it was the right move to make right now, etc.

True story... Mack is good enough to fight his way into a mandatory position and beating a lesser titleholder.

If you watch the entire fight, you wouldn't say the Cloud fight was an early stoppage. Cloud was landing bombs all night against Gonzalez, snapping his neck back several times in the fight. Hurt him more than a few times, Gonzalez just wouldn't go down. Not an early stoppage at all.

Thats pretty funny about Mack, but I saw the Cloud/Gonzales fight in its entirety and he was still in there even though he was losing and taking shots.

It depends on how you perceive Cloud. From seeing him against a clearly shot Woods, I wasn't very impressed.

I like his style, but find him crude and easy to hit.

We know Johnson is an established guy, but the problem I have with him is his age. The Dawson rematch showed just how far gone he is.

I'm leaning towards Johnson, because stylistically, Cloud is there to be hit and he doesn't run. Which is a huge plus for me.

But if Cloud does win, it was against a Glen that be old as ****.

Having said all that, this is gonna be a great war imo and I can't wait to see it.

He had lost every single round and was taking some hellacious shots throughout. It was a good mercy stoppage IMO.
