How good is Roman Karmazin?

I didnt see the fight because I dont have that channel and I actually thought the fight was tommorrow. Ouma is one of my favorites but I had a feeling he would lose tonight. 1st Ouma was talking alot about other fights and 2nd he hasnt been that impressive to me in his last few fights.

Also I have never seen Roman before but I have recently read a few articles were they were saying this guy is for real and a few of them were picking him.

How good is he? I heard he was strong but is he sharpe? Does he fight wild and fast or slow. How would he do against Winky at 154?

His body punches are no joke. The guy has some skill and can time his punches very well. I am not sold on his chin yet. Ouma stunned him a couple of times in the fight. That is very unsettling, considering there are guys who hit fifty times harder than Ouma.

well he probally could be undefeated he fight that javier guy in spain and he coulda been robbed but i dunno, other then that his last coupel fights are agasint soem good oppenets, just a unkown beating a star, if ouma stunned him then he might be in trouble agsitn the rest of the light middles. this sucks for winky though he wanted ouma at 154 if he won tonight now he gotta wait for a bit

In his three biggest fights hes lost to Castielljo, took a razor thin decision over Keith Holmes (although I recall hearing that Holmes could have been awarded the decision too), and he dominated a very good fighter in Ouma who had an off night.

I think he could have success because he seems to want to fight, he throws well to the body, he's rangy, and he can apparently crack.

This division in now wide open.

Ill tell you what though. Mosley would have a field day with Karmazin's ass. He would not be succeptable to that clinch, and would land some good **** on him. Those little jabs to the body Ouma was landing, could effectively be replaced with hard hooks. Not to mention....I dont think Roman can hurt Shane. His chin is granite, and he would walk through any bombs he was throwing. And thats just my opinion.

Lets also not forget like Gringo says, the division is wide open. With guys like Daniel Santos moving up.....Corey Spinks, and even Shannon "Bulli Blaster" Taylor who Shane eliminated earlier in his career at light welter. There are some good fighters here who can dismantle anyone. Wide ****ing open right now is exactly right.

and saying Winky wanted Ouma is ridiculous. Winky said after he beat Mosley the first time that he wanted Mosley (again), Trinidad, and De La Hoya. only big fights for Winky before he retires.

Karmazin is ight in my opinion! He's got good weapons to throw and uses his hands well. But he won't beat Winky, Jermain also Hopkins.
