Couldn't agree with you more, nobody cares about the Andre Dirrell/Andre Ward, HBO should have pushed for an Alexander/Bradley fight immeiately before these guy turn into primadonnas. HBO needs to due away with signing fighters b/c they've turned into promoters and every fighters big dream is to fight on HBO even if it mean fighting only 2 times a year. ( I wonder if Chad Dawson has a part-time Job)

I don't think the sport is getting boring. Boxing is a very exciting sport even without the big names fighting. But it does seem as though these huge buildups and tremendous letdowns with these so-called super fights takes something out of us as fans.

yes, last week i watched zab judah and timothy bradley jumping for joy because they picked some handpicked opponents to beat on and won, while you have the UFC consistently making competitive fight after fight and none of these get made. Mosley vs Mora on pay per view anyone?

Look, I got into boxing hardcore 2003. I'm not gonna lie. Since 2003 I've loved boxing to death. But as of right now, it's going stale. I wish I got into it sooner so I would have had even more exciting moments of matchups, especially with Tito and Roy in their prime years, but whatever. I've enjoyed it so far, but am super disappointed so far this year.
Check out the fights between 90-98 there were a lot of classics.
