Yes I absolutely agree with that, but i believe that in both of there minds, defeat is a possibility and this could destroy there status and could possibly be the last big paycheck for either one. I don't really know I am just speculating options. So i suppose either one does not want to take that risk. Pacquiao was talking about retirement after this Mayweather fight, so I suppose he wanted a really big paycheck before he left the sport.
