I'm speechless. What happened to his incredible work rate? What happened to his speed? What happened to Ouma? Who is this imposter I saw fighting tonight? He got beat bad by a fringe top 5 contendor. Karmazan is a good fighter but he's not what I would expect to remain a champ for too long. He's fast and strong but his defense is open wide.
Ouma from before was not here tonight. He got blasted. I bet he didn't take Karmazan seriously. Karmazan is no slouch. THat guy can punch. But I thought Ouma would win a UD...not lose unanimously. A blind man could have scored that fight for Karmazan.
Sorry, I'm not gay. I like fighters like Corrales and Toney. Clearly, you are Mr. Gay Boy around these forums.
Saying your not gay, then saying you like another male fighter negates your joke. What difference does it make in sexual preference if everyone likes male boxers? If anything, you liking a more "manly" boxer makes it even more gay because then you assume the feminine role, while the boxer you like assumes the "man" role.
I dont have anything against you, but what your sayin doesnt make sense to me.
Ouma tried to fight like Winky in the first 5 rounds. He wasn't throwing many punches, he looked like a bad version of Winky Wright. Ouma should've been himself, that's not the way Ouma fights. It's not easy to copy Winky's style. He did got up from the body punch, not like ***** boy Oscar. I don't think he was hyped, if he was hyped this fight would've been on PPV or regular HBO. The normal Ouma is fun to watch, but this was Winky Ouma. He should go back to his old style of boxing & don't try to be Winky, because he can't be Winky.

I don't think he was trying to be Winky. He just couldn't get off with his punches the way he usually does. Ouma was slow and his movement wasn't good. He just didn't have a good night.
I agree that Ouma was too tentative and was trying to box too much, but he wasn't trying to be Winky Wright. The reason he didn't get off so well is because Karmazin was throwing with him, and was timing his right hands very well.
I'm still not convinced that this isn't a matter of styles. I wonder if Ouma would consistently have trouble with taller fighter who can punch and have a pretty good jab.
