I don't think so. I think the David and Goliath type scenario would attract a lot of customers. And even Pac haters would watch this because it's a very winnable fight for P.Will, so they might wanna see who wins.

Hilarious... Williams would add at least 100k to the 700 from the Clottey fight, at least.

I would expect at least a million. Williams is a bigger draw and more exciting fighter than Clottey, and the size difference would have a lot of people watching.

Two promoters means double the media engagement, especially since they aren't fond of each other.

there's no need for excuses, man. it is what it is. pac is fighting margaret. the same margaret that mayweather's last victim destroyed.

Why didn't you fault Floyd for fighting a guy who Cotto beat, who was demolished by Pac?

                mosley?

cotto beat him in a close fight yes....

then mosley proceded to KTFO of the guy who made cotto quit on his knees.

fact is, margarito is now one fight removed from getting KTFO, and he didn't look great in his return bout. add to that, he's not even a licensed fighter.....

pac v. margarito is a bull**** fight.

i don't think williams deserves a shot at pac, but he deserves it a damn bit more than margarito, not to mention it'd also be a more interesting fight.

It's wasn't close, it was a clear UD. If UDs are close then most of Mayweather's fights are close.

Fact is, people gotta stop using the X beat Y, who beat Z, so X beat Z crap, cuz it can be used against them also. Pac kill Cotto who UD'd Shane, so Pac would kill Shane.

Besides, Williams hasn't done **** at WW to deserve a fight against the top guy at WW. If he's serious about coming back to WW, he needs to fight Clottey/Berto first.

Williams isn't much of a draw, but people would consider him a serious threat to Manny. I think it would go over 1,000,000 on the right date with a good promotion.
