Help. There is a boxing workout video on youtube can you help me find it

It was a trainer who was showing a workout routine using small 3lbs or 5lbs free weighst. They did uppercuts, jabs, jabs pointing up etc. It was the trainer talking while Freddie Roach and a female boxer did the routine. They did each kind of punch for 30 seconds. The video was like 6-8 minutes long.

Does anybody know what video I am talking about and can you post the link and/or do you remember the name of the video? Thanks in advance.
