Many, many times. Off the top of my head:

Vitali: Byrd, Lewis, Johnson, Sanders, Williams.
Wlad: Byrd, Sanders, Brewster, Peter, Ibragimov, Austin, Rahman

I know I am missing another 5 or so times.

Sorry homey, I respect your view but these two guys were fighting virtual stiffs in Europe and the American contingent just says "No Mas." I just can't blame HBO at this point.

You do realize that they mostly fought americans(or american recognized fighters) on HBO?

I mean it ain't hard to not make a fool out of yourself, if you just check.

yeah i can see why hbo would be reluctant to show wlad fights and i agree that letely he has been boring but now they screwed up because if one of the bros fight adamek or haye it seems to me they wont go to hbo because how they lied to them about showing the povetkin fight

You do realize that if you ask the average Joe who the designated heavyweight boxing champion is they couldn't tell you right?

Therefore, Americans or not nobody cares hence HBO pulling the plug.
