Aside from the obvious, which is that the TS is hurt the his favorite fighter will be on vacation for the rest of the year while Manny takes on yet another legitimate threat at yet another weight for yet another title.

Taller yes, Smaller no. Pacquiao was coming in as a Welterweight when he was at Superfeatherweight. At WW they both weight the same on fight night.
