So u think Pac was trying hard to make a fight with Floyd? Appeared he was too busy running from blood tests to me. Floyd was clearly aggressively trying to get your congressman in the ring. Now he doesn't have to try, Pac either accept the terms or be placed on ignore.

Floyd tried to make the fight happen when Manny was focused on his campaign. Manny Pacquiao wanted more time to prepare for a GREAT A level fighter and decided to make crazy excuses for not taking blood tests. Both have been looking for advantages and the blame could be put on both sides. What i can tell is that Manny proved he was clean by agreeing to blood tests. Mayweather doesn't have any excuse now.

Floyd was pushed into the Mosley fight, i guess it'll be the same for the Pacquiao fight. At least i hope so.
