Frazier vs Ali was 50/50 for their first 2 fights.

So what is your point again?

When you just receive a proposal and reject it, it can't be considered a negotiation.

When fat Dan Rafael (who is a ******* though and through) is su****ious of Arum and not destroying Mayweather, it tells me all I need to know.

Wow. We are still rehashing the same arguments that it looks like a replay. splits , drug testing, draw

              deal off the table, *****s
              pac called floyds bluff, *******

              tsk tsk tsk.

Anyhow, recent quotes of most of those involved
              1. Arum "There was no response from Pbf's camp, nego thru Ross, Haymon"
              2. Floyd "Not thinking of boxing, vacation"
              3. Sr "Money split"
              4. Jeff "OST"
              5. Ellerbe "no negotiation took place"
              6. Roger "moving his furniture"
              7. Ross "no comment"
              8. GBP "no comment"

Take their quotes equally and you will notice that only 2 quotes correlates from those very truthful gentlemen.

Negotiations can fail. One of those reasons is 1 side rejecting the other's proposal.

You are 100% correct. It takes 2 parties to negotiate.

And instead of sending a counter-proposal, Mayweather announces he wants to spend more time with family, and not fight this year. Thus, refusing to negotiate.

So who refused to negotiate again? It obviously wasn't Pacquiao's side. They sent a proposal to get the ball rolling.

Yea if you dont reject it or accept it, then how are you negotiating? It is a back and forth thing and if May dont respond, then hes not negotiatiing
