on the first negotiation, after floyd's tune up fight with JMM with all the advantages on him, floyd cannot stop him. so floyd wasnt impressed with himself though he had toyed jmm. and that performance isnt enough to beat pac...so floyd iclude an ost in the negotiation for him to have a mental edge.
after floyd beat mosley handily, he is also not impressed with himslef. he almost got KOed and cant stop an aging boxer who cant almost even got back in his stool on the 6th round. impressive performance but not enough to beat pac.
so when the 2nd negotiations were almost done (coming from arums mouth), floyd just said he is not interested in the fight. why didnt he say he didnt like the proposal of team pac? probably the proposal is aggreable...floyd doubt himself to beat pac.
thats why the fight didnt get made. and thats what i think.
