I agree that Hatton avoided Witter for years. But Hatton was never afraid to face the best guys, it was more of a dislike for Witter. He disliked Witter so much that he refused to give Witter a pay day. Lets also remember that Witter would constantly bad mouth Hatton. It was 2x worse then what Cab is doing to Juanma. Does that justify the ducking? No. But Hatton really hated Witter, and in my opinion would have beaten Witter.Comment

I agree. Did you know outside of Bradley, all of the JWW's are taller/ than the current WW's? Just Alexander is around the same height as the WW's LOL. And not only taller but they're also pretty big JWW's.Lamont Peterson and Kendall Holt are both 5'9 74 reach and both have really big frames. Alexander is also a big Jr WW, when I watched Alexander vs. Corley, the commentators were talking about how he would have to move up to WW in a few years. Amir Khan is quickly out growing the division. Bradley looked solid at 147. Ortiz is built like a tank. They should all move into the WW division and stop killing themselves. It would do all of them a lot better.
Ortiz is like 5 9(taller than Pac, taller than Floyd, taller than Clottey, taller than Berto, same height as Mosley) and the like you said he's built like a tank.
Maidana I think is like 5 10 or close to it. But he's good at 140, I don't think he's big enough to fight at WW. But he would have the height advantage against the top WW's. Although height doesn't matter, it's height and mass.
Khan is almost 5 11 and a big JWW.
Alexander is 5 7 and ripped at JWW, if he adds 7 pounds of muscle he can give any one at WW hell.
Bradley just went up against a WW puncher and beat him widely.
So yeah, basically if they all decide to move up to WW. The 2010 WW division would be the best division ever. Like it will have to go down in the top 10 ATG list of best divisions. It would be even better if everyone actually fights eachother, which is inevitable.Comment

Witter is a B fighter. He has decent wins like Kotelnik, Corley, Harris.
But the problem is he lost all of the fights that would have gotten him recognized as an A class fighter or led him to have the right to call out Hatton. You don't call out the lineal champ at 140 with a couple of decent wins and lost your biggest fight. Lost to Judah, lost to Bradley, lost to Alexander. Beating at least one of those guys, would have changed his career dramatically.Comment
