A day later, Mayweather indicated that his stance wouldn't be changing anytime soon.

There's no question in my mind Floyd won't budge from full testing. And I think any reasonable poster would see where he's coming from. He was basically told to kick rocks and go fight Mosley (something he wasn't ever going to do over, say a Matthew Hatton). Well, he did that, did the testing, had big PPV#s, and won in dominant fashion. After all that, I don't think any proposal without full testing will be seriously considered, if at all.
