No bro. I'm saying that what arum called "negotiations" does not best define what took place, if as Bob said, he only talked to Ross and then Ross talked to Al.

A true mediation or negotiation would have both parties present or have them contacting each other directly.

now about the 'negotiations' that arum claimed to have happened, ill just wait for ross greenburg's statements.
Floyd 0 days comment was after the mosley fight. While I agree with your definiton of his position"take it or leave it" that doesn't mean he and his camp negotiated directly with Bob.

We agre on your last point, i'm interested to see if ross contradicts ellerbee. I mean someone is lying is a strong statetment

no it doesn't. if it didn't work the first time through a judge mediator it sure as hell wouldn't work if they sat on the same table face to face.

ross signs their checks, aum did the right thing by letting the man that pays them mediate and work through both camps. If there's anyone itching to make this fight happen it certainly is greenburg. you gotta at least acknowledge that.

Yes he wants the fight more than anyones, but he doesn't sign their checks. The promoters do. HBO is a partner. Ross was "negotiating", but prob only for HBO. Obviously, I don't know and I wasn't there.

From every credible thing I've read, testing and money were the most pressing issues. Ross has NO POWER to negotiate these issues for either side. He can try and nudge both sides into an agreement, but in reality, HE IS AN OUTSIDER IN BOTH CAMPS!

I belive Ross talked to al. Again, ross has the power to negotiate only those issues directly pertaining to HBO where he is employed. I believe he asked both parties to abide by the gag order. Clearly Bob didn't pay him any mind.
