IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green has vowed not to pay Paul Briggs a single penny after the outcome of their fight nearly caused a riot at Challenge Stadium in Perth, Western Australia. The fight was over before it began. Green barely hit Briggs with a shot to the head, and Briggs went down for the full count in only 29 seconds. nsw gov't tried to take greeny to court over the plaster issue this of course is his own country men and it was thrown out, Briggs, Fenech, Hussein, there obviously running a scam on the fight, i hope they get caught and go to prison

Wow just got a look at the fight and what a terrible excuse for a dive on Briggs part

Green barely touched him and he went down like he had been hit with the hardest body shot in the world and had the wind knocked out of him.

Briggs should have never been in ther anyway,he has brain injuries,there's a reason he was granted a pass in NSW.

Briggs was 3.5 years in retirement and he comes back to fight number 1 cruiserweight in the world!

So of you ****s are quite ignorant. Don't you get it? Roy Jones invented the hand wraps accusation to try and save his fight with Hopkins. Hopkins heard the dog whistle and barked back. It was nothing but an insidious rumour campaign. It worked and it's still working.

The NSW Combat Authority investigated Jones' claims and found zilch. Not a thing. It's the same authority who refused to license Briggs.

I'm not even a Green fan and here I am defending him against you knobs.

By the way, Green has to pay Briggs. Once the bell sounded Briggs had fulfilled all of his contractual obligations. Green admitted as much today. He's getting 250k for his 29 seconds work.
