None of that is going to matter, because try as he might, once Froch gets rocked by a few AA bombs, he's going to revert back to the style of fighting that he's always been used to. That's when things will get even worse for Froch because exchanging blows with AA will only benefit AA. Froch has had enough fights to change his sloppy, simple habits that would one day prove to be his downfall against a power punching bull like AA. I don't think he can make the necessary changes he needs to in one fight
Pro fighter's need time and repetition to learn certain things. To get them used to doing things in a fight like it's second nature to them. You can't force yourself to learn something in a short amount of time and it will be even harder for him to do things that he's not comfortable and hasn't done before.
Froch's trainers will tell him what he needs to do in order to win, but whether he can stick to the game plan is the real question. He's simply a brawler, not a smart, technical boxer.
