Will Margarito put up more of a fight than Cotto did against Pac?

but anyways pr's cost america more money than illegal immigrant mexicans tbh.

the entire puerto rico is an american welfare subsidy.

plus illegal immigrant mexicans don't qualify for most welfare and assistance because they're in america illegally.

    puerto ricans do.
    PWNED! Boricua to the bone!

It was just apparent...there was no way in the world that Clottey was there to upstage Pacquaio at the newly christened Cowboys Stadium. Clottey was not there to win, and he fought like it.

I just can't fathom that Arum would take any precautions with his prized possession with a fighter who can't sell out a back yard of lawn chairs, and Clottey fought like it.

If Pac loses to Clottey, then no Mayweather fight. If he loses to Margarito, no Mayweather fight. I realize that they don't like eachother, but you don't have to like each other in an effort to make that $$$.

But hey...Arum ain't sleazy like that

I know, right? It's not like Arum has been convicted of bribery in the past...

The problem with Alexander and Bradley, and although I agree I would like to see them fight, is that they risk beating the crap out of each other and never being the same. At least if one of them fight Pac, they have a chance to let us see how good they really are and if they win, get an instant "elite" status which helps the sport more on the mainstream.
Plus, style-wise, both are better for Pac to prove he can fight all styles...and young/prime fighters.

Even fighting Floyd now isn't exactly the same fighter that was lighting it up at 130-140 with speed, agility/movement, and combinations...

For Floyd, he needs to step up and fight Pac. Then if he continues on, Williams and Martinez would be good.
I am thinking like a promoter. Why the hell would Pac fight Angulo, it's not like he's known?
You talk about Alexander and Bradley fighting Pac, what if Pac ****s them up and they are never the same? That could ***** their match up down the road.

I am in full agreement that Pac didn't go out of his way to fight prime young guns, he did fight quality veterans for sure but Pac fighting an up and comer at this point, no matter how much we like it, would be idiotic business wise. Less money to be had.

Yes I like some of these fights, I just think Margs is best **** for the buck at this point considering Manny's team is saying he is gonna retire soon.

That's the business reality of all of this.

That is why I think Margarito is the front runner to land Pac...he's just trying to get paid and get back on US TV. He ain't been paid in over a year...he knows he's got fights with Cotto and Mosley if he loses to Pac...he ain't worried about loss #7. Arum has shown that he will take care of Margarito

Cotto will not play that game and that's why he ain't fighting yet. Arum needs Cotto to win another fight and get his name back up there that way if Cotto beats Pac...then Arum is still in the driver's seat in negotiations with both Mayweather and anyone else...

With Margarito's limited skills, lack of illegal wraps, I don't see him lasting more than 9 rounds.

Let us not forget when we try and speak of Margarito, we must indicate Pre-wrap scandal Margarito vs. post-Mosley. He looked like an anemic ***** in there without his wraps. He also looked like **** against Gomez.

must be a lot of accidents and injuries in puerto rico.

My man, the crime wave is out of this world. The cartels too are just too much. Don't you feel for fellow Americans in Arizona having to see their state going to ****?

This is not about race but about reality. Kidnappings, home invasions, ****s etc. Enough already.

The USA already hurting has to shell out $400 BILLION a year for Mexicans in the USA. Not to mention the $400 million in anti-drug assistance to the Mexican govt. **** is A LOT of change kids. Find me bigger numbers than that with regard to Puerto Rico. I am definitely not for illegal immigration. Hit that google up kids.

Back to boxing though. In my humble opinion, not ONE Mexican hero past or present can beat Tito Trinidad. Not one. Good enough for me.
