Is it attendance + ticket prices?

According to UFC President Dana White, UFC 114 drew 15,081 fans for a live gate of roughly $3.9

Mayweather-Mosley = 14,038 fans for a live gate of $11,032,100.

Or is it more, wtf that's a HUGE diffrence.
