He's promoted by Top Rank and he has a decent resume (assuming he didn't cheat in any of those victories). That makes him the perfect opponent according to Arum's formula. But I agree that he doesn't deserve the chance at a big pay day. He disgraced himself and the sport with the handwrap thing. Even if that was the only fight he did it in, it still makes him a cheater.
