no, he fought the best of his time, which arnt as good as they where from the 80's til now. Hagler,Hearns,Duran,B-hop,RJJ,Toney, JCC, all would have beat SRR.

great1 i normally respect your opinion but srr would seriously frustrate duran, toney, hearns, or even jones, because jones doesnt want to brawl with someone who can brawl. SRR Would **** jones on the inside, and lets not talk about jones chin. I'd give those other guys a chance at him, but it still isn't a sure thing.

The reason he's so underrated today is because video of him sucks, you gotta get a plasma tv to really see how good he was..like me, i didnt understand why he was so great until i watched a couple lamotta fights on a plasma tv

everyone give +k to bozo...the karma gods ****ed him up the ass for dissing klitschko, bozos a nice guy he helped me out with this gif program, hit him up..do it cuz he posted this thread outta respek for srr ...gotta respect fellow fans , boxing community is already thin u cant go nit picking and bitching about who likes what fighter, that **** is ****ing weak.

and wlad has a ***** chin anyway, wtf do u guys worship this guy for, (OMFG {PUNCHES PILLOW} WLAD WILL BE THE GREATEST!!!! OMFG HE GOT KOD BY SANDERS BUT HE WILL STILL BECOME CHAMP!!!!!11111) seriously just drop it, and vitali looks carved up like sunday dinner when he fights a world class heavyweight, but ok. hes not even the same ethnicity as you other white dudes, just root for hatton because he probably is.

Great gif bozo. BTW it was that parodius guy in that greatest counterpunchers thread who supposedly couldn't tell when clean punches landed because of crappy film quality.

Hey do you think you could make me a Hopkins gif of when he KOed Trinidad with that hard right hook? Points will be sent your way for it.

gonna have to disagree with you there.
i don't think there's anyone in history under 160 who coulda
beat that man in his prime 2 outta 3 times.

closest woulda been hagler and roy.
srl showed that a guy who moves alot can outpoint hagler,
but where srl stopped and pittypatted, srr would inflicted
some serious damage (woulda taken some as well).

roy skills wise at 160 or 168 woulda been a great matchup
but he woulda been in trouble tryin to brawl with srr.

i just can't see anyone under 160 routinely beating that man.

well im gonna have to agree with soem poitns there, i think roy, hagler, monzon, woulda beat him though, but after that i guess SRR would whoop up on some, hearns and leonard would stand soem sort of chance also
