didnt williams just lose the first 3 rounds until getting a gift decision to cintron?
and yes watch the fight, cintron was winning every round.
bradly is solid, but who does he have on his resume?
williams is good but way over rated, he actually lost to martinez...
beating pac would be very impressive, which i think floyd does, although now looking at how floyd doesnt have his own confidence to face pac i am now losing confidence in floyd.
floyd just doesnt want it.
he is 34 years old and if this fight doesnt happen now it will never happen, along with any other interesting fight for floyd.
say bye bye to floyds ppv's because they will definetly go south with his image

It's horse**** and all you Floyd fans got to suck it up. Arum, Ellerbe, Haymon, Don King, Golden Boy, etc. are ALL SCUMBAGS. But the evidence favors Arum's claim more than anyone elses and that is the bottom line. Floyd don't want to fight for whatever reason and you have to live with your fighter not being a man and fighting the other man....
only evidence i see is Arum making up who he has been talking to each week. 1 week it's goldenboy and the next it's ross greenburg an HBO exec who can't negotiate anything!!!

manny has the leverage of BEING THE FIGHTER OF THE DECADE.... if floyd was the GOAT he would have signed that **** in a min and whooped his ass.
60 days of signing a contract is not an emotional decision,
what are you talking about

Because Floyd is a professional dude. It's about business not childish BS. Pac would get his ass waxed but I would get paid what should to do it. If you were 41-0 would you just fight to prove **** or understand your worth and leverage using it to get paid handsomely.

Okay they say Pac isn't all that impressive, that his competition and wins are overrated, which suggests he isn't all that great to begin with...fair enough argument, but look deeper. Seems like this would be an opportunity that Floyd would jump at, since it's his modus operandi to cherry pick competition--so for someone who is viewed as ordinary by most Mayweather supporters, why would someone "ordinary" warrant extra testing procedures?
I think Floyd wins but in the back of his mind, he knows his marketability rests on keeping that 0, once that is gone...watch the bridge crumble. He is emotionally fragile and the cracks will show.Last edited by switchsouthpaw; 07-20-2010, 03:16 PM.

and you are crazy to believe some popularity contest overules making more overall money, making more gate money, and selling more PPV.
it is an emotional decision if u take short money or less money than your worth just to shut up some fickle fans who prilly will never like u anyways to prove a point. remember floyd is a prize fighter and so is manny...and ultimately that is the problem. manny got people telling him he is just as big of star. he think he on par with floyd star status and that is why this fight hasn't happened
