Being a boxing fan i cant accept that situation where the best fight we could have just vanish because a boxer wants to relax and stop thinking about boxing. I was tired of waiting and now that i know that he made me lost my time its even worse. When an boxer think hes bigger than Boxing, someone has to bring him back to earth, i hope he gets the help he needs right now, cause the boxing fan is not on his side.

In regards to the thread, I lost respect for Floyd as a person and a boxing icon, but i still have great respect for his boxing skill.

You have to identify first the real Floyd fans from:

1 . The posturing "persona" Floyd fans (who gets butthurt when casual fans hate Floyd because of his villain persona)

2. The PPV cashcow hugging Floyd fans

3. The flat out idiot Floyd stans

4. The racist, grammar police, filipino hater Floyd stans (Vito Corlesuck who just got pwned big time)

5. The female/girl fans (posing as tough guys)

6. The Bandwagon jumper/no disposition Floyd fans who became such just because THEY HATE *******s/pacfans.

7. The PED experts Floyd fans (but recently became FAMILY COUNSELLING PROFESSIONALS) as described by Johnny Chingas


It's gonna be a tough one though.

I agee with the thread title and I do beleive that Floydie has lost a lot of respect and fans.

To me I lost mutual respect for Pac for fighting Margs and or a Cotto rematch.
He has more challenging fights out there but wont take them
in a way manny is just like floyd.

When Floyd fought Baldo Baldo was bigger and stronger but Floyd handled him with ease
now Manny is fighting the bigger stronger man and everyone is cool with it

I think we'll know the answer the next time he fights. If another 1.4 mil buy the fight then I would say your point is wrong.

You really think that he just want to relax and stop thinking about boxing for now LOL. The dude is scare ****less of Pac. He's a prize fighter and this is what he does. This is a big money fight and there's no way he would turn this fight down....unless he's afraid for his life.
