Just ask yourself this TS. What would Greenburg accomplish by not saying anything? Don't you think its obvious that he does not want to offend both parties so that in the future TR and GBP AND HBO can do business together? Yes? Now let's say that if there WERE no negotiations after all, wouldn't Greenburg just readily admit that there were no negotiations? What is there to loose right? Well, based from these observations, it is apparent that there were negotiations after all but Greenburg decided to keep quiet because of the risk to jeapordize the future fight in 2011; unfortunately, Mayweather personally decided he does not want to fight.
So go figure.Comment

I already showed you a link from june 23rd where Floyd`s camp admits their is no Negotiations going on for a Floyd/Pacroids fight. And if you put that Puzzle together with the no comments Greenburg then the puzzle should be complete. That Arum is lying Manipulative king of all *******s who leads the rest of the *******s like the Shepard leads sheep.Comment

According to the article that you have linked, it was stated that the claim was made two weeks before the June 23 post date of the article. Assuming that this article is reliable, that date would fall onto June 6-12 give or take. Looking at the boxingscene archives on this date, it seems that the articles that were prevelant were the "hoping" of everybody - including Arum, that the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight will happen. There was even an article that declared that Arum was optimistic that the fight would happen. This is very interesting to me as to why would Arum be so optimistic. A man of Arum's stature cannot be that optimistically naive - even for a reasonable grown man in this sense. Therefore, the only logical conclusion is that there has to be communication between Pacquiao's camp and Mayweather's camp.
