he had every right to refuse it, but he didn't. he was willing to be tested far stricter than what anyone has been before, without a shred of evidence of him being on the juice.

do i think manny should have taken the test? yes. he should have taken it, but he is not at fault for it happening the first time.

the ost is a stipulation that is out of the ordinary, like a weight penalty or catchweight.

the one who refused the unusual stipulation is not at fault, rather the one who is asking for it is the one to blame.

now, all of that is pointless cause it appears that the points have been taken out.

FLOYD SIMPLY DOESN'T WANT TO FIGHT.

he made this fight as hard as possible to make, and now he simply said he is not interested in it at all.

that tells me doesn't want to fight. not necessarily scared of pac, but maybe he just doesn't give a ****.

which makes it hard for me to respect him

Mayweather came out and said i dont wanna fight this close to my last fight so i can semi respect it. Am i mad that hes doggin this fight? Yes.

Now pac refused drug testing, that was the demise of the fist time. Mayweather wants time off, this is the demise of the second time. The third time we will see who the coward is.
The needle story was came from Arum's mouth trying to defend Pac who did not agree on Floyd's blood draining tactic because of the reason number 2 which came from Pac's mouth itself. Now it is very clear to all boxing fans Floyd invented useless 2 months OST in which he should be done all year round to be really effective catching a cheater. That was a ducking move knowing Pac will not agree into it. Now its already proven it was really a ducking move by any means when Pac now agreed to all of it then all of the sudden he quickly retired.

I'm still a fan cause I don't get all involved on who, when and if he fights like some do. No boxer is paying my bills, when one does I'll start caring. In the mean time, there's plenty of boxing to watch.

Of course. Everyone wants this fight to happen but still PBF is making things hard for this fight to be made.
I won't be a fan of him anymore because if I'm a cancer victim and his fan, and asked him to fight pacquiao as part of my wish, and he doesn't fulfill it, and waits, waits and waits till i give out my last brerath not even seeing that fight happen, as of countless of boxing fans hardcore or casual alike, then do you think i will still remain his fan?

Pacquiao still doesnt have a fight signed. Floyd could be in talks with a fighter next month for all we know.
then that would be a straight duck , if he wants to take the rest of the year off to spend time with his family when a pac fight is on the table and then is in talks for another fight what does that tell you?

I'm still a fan but this guy's decision making is suspect. He beats Hatton then retires...Cotto, Margarito were hot at the time. He comes back and fight JMM as a tune up fight on pay per view. Fights Shane, which was a credible win. I'm sure he fought Shane because he heard the media clowning & bashing him, plus they were not going to accept any other opponent. Then all of sudden he's not interested in a Pac fight anymore? I'm highly disappointed. For the time Floyd spent stalling & retiring, he could have fought Pac, Marg, & Cotto. Instead, he's chosen to not fight and let some of his skills diminish or stay the same instead of getting better.

Never will I turn my back on Floyd, I'm a loyal fan and will always stay that way.

No matter Floyd has done from this point in his career I don't care if he doesn't fight Manny for whatever reason,
He has proven that he is one of the most skillful fighters ever.

Will always admire and respect him, his talent as a boxer is flawless and right now nobody comes close.

The worst thing of all this, is that he would destory Manny, but hey I'm sure there is a decent reason for not fighting him, especially with the amount of money involved!

                ***** for life.
