    Mayweather Pacquiao=Srl Hagler

For years people begged for a fight between Hagler and Srl,and when everyone including Hagler showed up at a press conference Srl was holding they thought, the fight was going to go down, but it did not go that way Srl retired, well later on he came back and beat Hagler, sometimes what people call ducking is a fighter just taking a needed break.

And its left a sour taste in a lot of people's mouth. It should've happened ealier, and there wasn't even a clear winner. Hagler was disgusted at the whole ordeal and retired. The beginning of your example is similar but its not a good thing either way.

Not comparing Floyd to Ray. This is the Superfight of our generation. I remember watching SRL vs Hagler and that was the greatest thing I had seen when I was a child.

It made me a boxing fan. This fight? It would put me off boxing for the fight. Reminds me more of Benn Eubank 2 as that took 3 years!

No it sucks but i understand Floyds side of things, why not enjoy some of your youth and your family nothing wrong with that, most peeps on here have no clue the work that goes in to training, you eat sleep breath that ****.

floyd just recently came back from retirement to physically heal & take a break. his last two fights werent physically damaging at all. & its not as if he's facing one of the greatest middleweights of all time in marvin hagler. He's facing a great little man who i see him beating in a close tight decision. floyd gave the upper hand public relations wise to top rank & pacman. he gave the worst possible ambiguous answer for declining the fight. taking a break is quite disingenuous in my opinion.

Not to me it is his life, for along time he fought everyone, now that he pulls the strings he is doing it his way cannot blame him for that,as for his previous break it worked out very well dude made tons of money,in the end this is a job to him and nothing more.
