The mega bout between pbf/pacq has been stalled again. Speculation points towards OSTs again. After numerous reports claiming that pacq agreed to all pbf's demands, we get an interview from another boxing "news" contradicting this notion.

I am asking 2 questions here:

1. WHY wont pacq call pbf's bluff?
2. Why wont bs get us the interview where he has to directly answer these questions himself?
