My believe that the drug stuff was all to hype the fight and an excuse as neither party wanted the fight earlier in the year seems to be going up in flames 
This recent stunt could just be that, but im starting to doubt it, the fact that Arum was not that critical of Floyd gives me hope though, the fact that none of Mayweathers team has spoken up does aswell
