So when Floyd offered Manny the 14 day cut off and Pac ducked it to fight Clottey instead i guess Floyd was still a "*****" back then right? you *******s get more dumb as the days go by!!.

All Manny has to do is agree to complete random testing!!, why the need for a cut off? Floyd already said that the deal had changed after negotiations broke down the first time and Floyd kicked his ass with his ppv numbers.

Team Manny didn't agree to the first offer of 14 days because it was the first time for an opponent to require something very unique in the contract and if you think about it very very offending. It was short of accusing Manny of cheating!!! So now after sleeping it off for a month, Manny is bending backwards and agreed to the 14days offer finally just to make the fight happen!!! I'm a boxing fan first before being a Manny fan but I like Floyd as well, because he reminds me of my favorite fighter in his prime Clay/Ali, and I was disappointed when Manny turned down the offer the first time... But I know that Manny will eventually agree to it, his that kind of a fighter, he never backed off a challenge... So now please don't make excuses for Floyd, because I never did any for Manny, I just waited for him... And if Floyd's a fighter like Manny Pacquiao, he will eventually say "Okay I'll sign, let's fight!"
