I'm following your logic, Bradley's promoter should be asking the Ring to drop Paquiao's lineal title at 140 to get that division moving. Fighters eventually know how to look for the lineal champion and I think the Alexander/Bradley fight should be for the lineal title at least it makes up for the short money they may get.
