So Its Pacquiao That Has To Step Up To Williams?

But yet, Floyd declines a fight with Pacquiao and his fans aren't asking him to fight Williams. Its PACQUIAO that has to step up to him? Not Floyd of course.

Where was your critique of Floyd when he said Cotto was a nobody which is why he wouldnt fight him? Then Pac fights him and does over a million

Floyd don't have to step up, all roads lead to Floyd Mayweather baby.... if anybody has to step up its PWill.

PBF dont step up to fight fighters. He gets little fighters to step up to fight him.

PBF fights only shells of great fighters like SSM. That he gets a decent name on his resume is important to him. Dont matter they were past their best, that is not the issue with PBF. He was only williing to step up to DLH as well because DLH had the name, but was past his best so would be less of a threat.
