My vote is an unpopular one but Andre Berto. For one, it would be a good fight, but two I think unifying belts at 147 is more impressive than winning a 154 pound belt against a guy he already beat or a vacant belt which really has no business being on the table.

Berto was unfortunate that he postponed his fight with Mosley and then fought Carlos Quintana who is an awkward fighter. Berto looked rusty and Quintana gave him fits with his style.

People often judge you with what you did last so with that fight imprinted on people's mind, it would be a tougher sell. I say, give Berto another fight or two to show everyone who he really is.

Andre Berto Would make Pacquiao number one in 147

Tim Bradley Just coming into 147 he would be a good fight.

Miguel Cotto Damaged goods. Damaged by Pacquiao and Marg.

Zab Judah Just coming into 140 and is riding some good PR after a sweet KO last night, would be amusing

Tony Margarito Damaged goods. Damaged by Mosley and Williams.

Shane Mosley Would put the gloves on the table for a Mayweather fight and push Pacquiao up the rankings.

Paul Williams Would probably make Pacquiao P4P king on all sites

Not Margarito or Cotto. Those are just bull**** fights in my opinion. Cotto Pac II is the most bull****. Cotto can't beat Pac. And Marg doesn't deserve a shot. I realize there's not much else to put on a ppv, but cmon.
