For those who are not seeing what Arum tried to do:

He tried an end-around to GBP so that only Top Rank and MP would be the promoters of record. And since MP isn't licensed, Top Rank would effectively be the promoter for the fight and Bob would make ****loads of money.

Remember, in the past Bob has said that he has a good relationship with Richard Schaefer. They worked out Pac-Oscar and Pac-Ricky. So, why wouldn't he call Schaefer and try to negotiate with Schaefer? Has anybody ever had problems dealing with Richard?
