Fighting without Roger is not excuse- He did it before

The whole notion that Mayweather needs Uncle ROger is laughable. After Uncle Rodger was suspended for boxing due to the Zab Judah brawl, Mayweather still fought without him. In addition, he has his dad that can train him. Moreover, it is likely that sentence would be postponed until after the fight. There were many ways around it. Nobody will care about this fight in May 2011.

I am hoping that Bradley puts on a great perfomance today and calls out pac to make mayweather even look more of a coward.

The magnitude of this fight i think he'd want him in his corner, this is Pacquiao, not Baldomir.

You think with the millions of dollars involved that a court will sentence in him to jail while tranning Floyd? THey would allow him to work and impose sentence after the fight, that is if he gets any jail time in the first place?

I have been quite a critic of Mayweather's recent behaviour but I'm on his side with this one. The Pacquiao fight is the biggest of his career. You don't concede big advantages by risking not having your main trainer available. It's not just the fight, it's the training too. He will want to go in to this 100% because otherwise the chances of him losing rise dramatically.

I never made any claim but i was refuting the excuses some people are making for Floyd. Well to be honest, i really don't know what excuses people have as Pac called Mayweather's bluff on drug testing.

ummm. NO.. It's the biggest fight of his career, why would he fight without his coach? No need to be a hater.

Roger just didnt work the corner.

He still trained him leading up to the fight.

Funny how when Floyd beat Baldomir without a proper trainer it meant jack **** cause Baldomirs supposed to be a bum to them, but when people say he wants his trainer against Pacquiao, an ATG people say its a bull**** excuse and hes done it before... well then does that mean that your saying your fighter is in the same league as Baldomir? Exactly, cut the **** and people should give up on the double standards.

And **** that Floyd Sr. bull**** too, Floyd left him for a reason and has a good thing going with Roger, just because its Floyd doesn't make it any different, if it was Freddie Roach you wouldn't just say "well he can just get Steward to train him"... and thats a fact. Stop with the double ****ing standards, people constantly act like whats okay for Manny isn't okay for Floyd... people on here don't have a ****ing clue, seriously.
