Lets not make conclusions right now, wait for floyd to open his mouth. Arum is a known liar. I still wonder why floyd didnt talk yet, he couldve sworn or said that the contract was bull****.

Floyd asked for specific demands, Top Ranks and Co met none of them so how is this Floyd pulling some bull**** when it was Top Rank who kept everyone up late yesterday for a deal THEY ALREADY KNEW Floyd wasn't going to take, this whole conference call was a way to move on to a different opponent and create the image of Floyd being the one who didn't come threw when in reality that old man knew already what he was offering and what Floyd wanted was 2 different things, the bull**** games are only coming from 1 direction and it's not from Floyd's

The whole testing thing was bull**** and is the main reason the fight has taken so long to get made , if the extra testing wasnt asked the ****ing fight would have happened alreayd . So floyd is to blame for the fight taking so long its pretty obvious but you floyd fans will never accept that :/ .

he has good reasons to ask for those tests, Shane Mosley had enough money and star power connections to beat the tests and Manny doesn't? Freddie Roach, a trainer known for having roided up fighters, took this little young teenager who was slaughtered twice and turned him into 1 of the greatest fighters ever? what else you want to try to get me to believe that pigs fly? it's no mix up yo it's quite clear even going back to old times as fighters moved up they got more and more tired or lost some things, Pacquiao kept ALL of his features and actually turned up his punch count which is unheard of and mind you this is all in the midst of Mosley's scandal becoming public news..

the commission failed the fighters and the fans when they failed to detect Mosley as dirty in 2003, therefore their credibility is shot, who knows how long Mosley was on that **** now? who knows if Manny is on it right now and just hasn't been caught, Floyd is a fighter with a lot to lose and refuses to take a chance fighting someone who will probably pull a panama Lewis and Aaron Pryor on him and get away with it.

put the fighters aside, think about it as fighter A, fighter B and fighter C. fighter A heard about fighter C's illegal use of enhancement drugs and how the commission who is in charge of "protecting" fighters proved they weren't capable of catching that cheater, fighter A then says to fighter B we have to take further testing because I don't trust the commission and based on their mistakes in the past I don't trust them to be the only testers for our fight especially when you went from good fighter to all time great in only 5-6 years and the trainer who got you there is known for having fighters on steroids. pretend YOU were fighter A, if YOU knew based on REAL experience (not the Twinkie eating, behind the computer experience neither but real hands on experience) that your upcoming opponent can very highly realistically be on steroids or on something that'll make the fight easier for him and harder on you, would you just sign away or would you enforce that test? Floyd wants to fight he just wants the testing to get done first but Manny said NO

If the contract sent over had anything other than a 0 day cutoff, then its Bob's fault, because Floyd made it clear after the Mosley fight he wouldn't sign unless it had no cutoff date.

If the contract sent over had manny's signature and it included the terms from January then its manny's fault because its been made abundantly clear to him those terms are off the table now!
Floyd says a lot of things you cant choose which to believe. He said he was about to retire again that could be true to. All he had to do was sign the contract and give the fans the fight they want. Is 14 days cut off really going to make pac a monster. In my opinon if that is the reason the fight doesn't happen then its petty. Sure i want pac to take full tests so the fight can go ahead but at least he made concessions which showed he tried to make the fight. Floyd has done the complete opposite.

he's not my boy, I like him and I know what you meant but I'm giving a neutral view on things, I'm looking at things from the middle and weighing the odds from the very start. Floyd didn't put any obstacles, it became an obstacle when Pacquiao instead of showing the respect he was given of accepting his demands he started looking for ways around it. Floyd been calling for random testing before there was a fight to even talk about, if Pacquiao would have accepted those tests there would be no problem and the fight would get done..

Shane Mosley took the tests and even openly admitted to it being easy, not a problem and it didn't affect him in the fight he just got tight due to Mayweather's shoulder lean tactic and couldn't adjust. you might say to me well Shane Mosley should have been tested anyway because he used steroids before but I can say he was just the only one caught for it, that doesn't mean others wasn't doing it and the fact that he successfully fooled the commission using trickery should have mandated a new testing law anyway, Mayweather is just trying to secure an equal fight, a fight where both athlete's will fight using only what physical abilities they NATURALLY have. Pacquiao got a guarantee of 10 million per every pound overweight Floyd came in and Floyd didn't complain, Floyd even budged from no cut off date to 14 days to make the fight and Manny still said no only to later change up and accept causing even more confusion because they stepped up and accepting knowing Floyd said that deal would already be off the table since he had fought Mosley already, we would have been had this fight had Manny just took the damn tests
