The bolded is so true. Folks use JMM as a scape goat sometimes, without really knowing what they are saying.

People bash Pac about those fights all the time, yet they don't understand WHY JMM is a bad match up for Pac.

It has a lot to do with what you just said, but I will go a step further. Pac is a window shopper...Always has been! When Pac lands a good shot on a fighter, or combo, he will stop and see what sort of damage he has done. Most fighters turn tell after getting cracked by Pac. Anyone who knows JMM, knows that is the wrong thing to do against him...When he is cracked, or even hurt for that matter, he will fire back ASAP (somtimes with like a 4 to 5 punch combo...See the first round of the Diaz fight for this example also)!!! You can see in both fights, that gave Pac so many problems...It wasn't even funny.

So are we supposed to praise Pacquiao because he's decided to fight some1 he already beat??or because he's fighting an overrated Margarito who has zero defense, no head movement, right there in front of you, throws wide looping hooks and has no speed and not too long ago got the worst beating of his life? Am I supposed to praise him because he's willing to go to Mexico or the Middle East to fight Margarito as if he personally proposed this and not because Margarito isn't licensed to fight in the U.S.. I love Pacquiao but this is all just a Propaganda stunt to make Pac look good and make that greedy, old, mother****er Arum some more money.

I don't like the Top Rank "in house special" either, but it is what we got right now...

Arum will play it safe till he can get Floyd in the ring with Pac. To answer your question though, I see no need for anyone to praise him...Unless they want to.

I think Margarito has a good chance to beat Pac and quite possibly do so unfortunately. I don't want to see this fight though, Margs-Cotto 2 is where its at.

Also, it makes no sense to me for Pac to fight Margs or Cotto if he may be fighting Mayweather after that. At least fight a style similar to Mayweather so you can prepare. Margarito is the complete opposite of Mayweather and thats pointless for preparation.

Pacquiao should fight either Williams or Berto! Both of which I think will be pretty entertaining. Williams does have a following and Berto got a lot of publicity from the Haiti relief effort!
